With my son graduating high school this coming Sunday, and the graduation party a week later, I’m taking a two week break from the blog. I’ll see you again on June 11!
In the meantime, for all the parents out there who’ve watched their children grow up in a mere blink, here’s a reminder to cherish every moment with them.

I took a hiatus from blog reading over the past week or so, as I lost my beloved cat and I needed time to adjust to his absence. I attempted to read some of your posts last week, but my heart wasn’t in it. When you return in June, it will be the week of my birthday — choice timing! Congratulations on your son’s graduation! Being a daughter, I can assure you that *time!* has a way of slipping past the ‘kids’ too! I never expected I’d be turning a pence short of thirty-five so soon! Oy. Thankfully, I’m young at heart and age doesn’t bother me — it’s simply a cumulation of experiences, adventures, and sweet memories!
