While I couldn’t enjoy the ACFW Conference in person this year, thanks to Facebook I was able to live vicariously through everyone’s pictures and status updates. (Although all the photos of my friends with Frank Peretti and with Tosca Lee made me a little bit jealous. ;))
Also, I love that the Awards Gala is now broadcast online. While I wasn’t able to watch it live, I did watch portions of a replay. It’s so much fun seeing the joy of all the winners–so many people I know. It was especially fun seeing some of my favorite books and authors win: Wildflowers from Winter by Katie Ganshert, The Soul Saver by Dineen Miller, and Heart Echoes by Sally John. All three novels ranked 4 stars or better from me–and I am very, very stingy with my stars.
My sincere congratulations to all the winners!

I just finished Lynette Eason’s “When the Smoke Clears” last night, and promptly went to the library and pulled the next two books in the series! LOVED the first, can’t wait to start the 2nd! 🙂 Thanks for the update!
You’re welcome, Regina! Wasn’t it hard staying home this year, especially when everyone’s posting their pics & updates from the conference? We Inkspers are all going to have to make it to one again.
I’m way behind on my Lynette Eason reading–haven’t read any of her Deadly Reunions series. Have to put those on my to-be-read list. Thanks for the recommendation!
Thank you for the mention, Brenda! So honored to win a Genesis and proud of everyone who entered.
You’re welcome, Laurie! And Congratulations! What a tremendous honor!
I hope to see your name on the front cover a novel soon. 🙂
