Our family always charges into summer with a to-do list that’s overflowing, and this summer is no exception. We always have grand plans, some of which we’ll follow through on, others we’ll regret not having made the time for. And it wouldn’t surprise me if we added to this list.
So, before summer kicks the bucket, here are some of the things we’d like to do.

- Watch the Twins play at Target Field
- Go to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Stay and play at Odyssey DellsJune 10 – 15, 2013- Go tubing down the Apple River

What’s on your summer bucket list? Have you done any of the above?

That’s an awesome list. It’s wonderful to be able to get away with your family and to enjoy the same things. Your state has a lot to offer.
Hi Nicole – I really am fortunate that our kids–if you can call a near-21 year old, a near-19 year old, and a 17 year old *kids*–enjoy doing things as a family yet. Much of the list above we’ve done before. The one thing that’s repeatedly been on our list that we haven’t gotten to is tubing the Apple River (Wisconsin). I hope to make that a priority this summer. Praying the weather cooperates. 😉
Yeah, our state does have a lot to offer, but probably not more than any other state. I’m just good at finding activities. Next week I’m posting my Minnesota Bucket List, things I haven’t done yet that I’d really like to get to.
Thank you for the mention of our resort on colorfulplaces.com . If you are looking for ways to play in Boyne then maybe some of these will help – https://www.colorfulplaces.com/bluegreen-vacations/bluegreens-top-10-things-to-do-in-boyne

You’re welcome, Bluegreen! We love your vacation destinations and frequent Odyssey Dells and Christmas Mountain often.
How about the sculpture gardens and the Walker Art Center?
Sure – the Sculpture Gardens are always fun, and now they have an artist-designed mini golf course. That would be fun, wouldn’t it? So, we’ll add it to the list & see what we get to.
